Introducing the Goss and Fentress Client Portal
We are excited to announce that on September 30, 2018 we will be launching the Goss & Fentress Client Portal.
You may have received a letter from us with an explanation of the benefits of the Goss & Fentress Client Portal, and steps on how to set up your account. Also enclosed was a brief explanation of how to set up a Gmail email account, as you will need a valid email address to create your Goss & Fentress portal account. If you already have an active email address, please confirm it with us by sending an email to confirm.email@gossandfentress.com with your first name, last name, and date of birth. Clients, or authorized family members, who have an email address on file will receive an email with a video link explaining how to create a portal account.
Once you have logged in for the first time you can choose to receive notifications by email, text, or both. The portal has been built to be very easily accessed and used with just a smartphone or tablet, so if you don’t have a computer you can still benefit from a portal account.
On the portal, you will find videos to help you find your way through all the portal’s features. We will also be posting videos that answer Frequently Asked Questions, and videos that will help guide you through the ins and outs of your case.
The Goss & Fentress Client Portal looks just like today’s common social media applications, so it is meant to be as user-friendly as possible. You can ask questions about your case, see appointment reminders, and receive messages from your legal team.
The Goss & Fentress Client Portal will also allow you and your legal team to securely share important files, such as medical records and treatment update forms. You will be able to upload these files at any time from a smartphone, tablet, or desktop. With the support of this feature, you and your legal team will be able to stay as up-to-date as possible.
If you have any questions about setting up your portal account or an email address account, please contact our office at 757-466-1095 and we will be happy to help you. You can also fill out the contact form, below.
